  • 1. Booking Your Delivery
    All deliveries must be booked through our official website or customer support. Please provide accurate pickup and drop-off details to avoid delays.
  • 2. Packaging Guidelines
    Customers are responsible for securely packing their parcels. Fragile items should be clearly marked, and liquids must be sealed to prevent leakage.
  • 3. Delivery Timeframe
    Standard deliveries are completed within 24–48 hours inside the city. For urgent deliveries, customers may select express service at the time of booking.
  • 4. Payment & Charges
    All delivery charges must be paid in advance unless a credit agreement exists with the company. Additional charges may apply for oversized or overweight parcels.
  • 5. Prohibited Items
    We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, or perishable goods that require refrigeration. Please review our full prohibited items list before booking.
  • 6. Customer Responsibility
    Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-delivery charges will apply.
